01 Acceptance of Terms

The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

06 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the pesobet Platform are subject to the following general rules:

• Bet Confirmation: A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed by the pesobet system and a confirmation reference has been issued. Bets that have not been confirmed are not valid.
• Insufficient Funds: Bets will not be accepted if your account balance is insufficient to cover the stake.

08 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This license does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from pesobet.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data gathering tools on the Platform.

The pesobet name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of pesobet. Unauthorized use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pesobet, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue.

pesobet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pesobet account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Responsible Gaming

pesobet is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all users. We recognize that gambling can become problematic for some individuals, and we provide tools and resources to help users maintain control over their gaming activity.

11 Termination

Upon termination for cause, pesobet reserves the right to withhold any balance in your account pending investigation. If no wrongdoing is established following investigation, any remaining balance (net of applicable bonuses) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

You may close your account at any time by contacting pesobet customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you, subject to completion of any applicable verification requirements.

12 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

pesobet operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations, including those administered by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.

13 Amendments
